There is nothing more important to a parent than the health and safety of our children. Yet, we can’t be with them every minute of every day. So, when they’re out of our sight it’s nice to have a way to keep track of them. For older kids mobile phones allow us to do that, but what about our younger ones; the ones that maybe aren’t ready for the responsibility of a phone?
Now kids can be free to explore, discover, and play, while easily staying in touch and giving mom and dad peace of mind. From AT&T and FiLIP Technologies comes FiLIP, a smart locator for kids that keeps them in touch with parents with just the push of a button.
Designed for children ages five through eleven, FiLIP combines GPS, Wi-Fi, and AT&T’s wireless network into a colorful watch that can be worn to school, the playground, and everywhere in between. Parents can program up to five trusted contacts with whom the kids can communicate. FiLIP also allows parents to set SafeZones, triggering a notification if the child enters or leaves.
FiLIP is especially designed for kids and parents by a parent. Check out this video to learn more.
For just $10 per month as part of an AT&T Mobile Share or standalone plan, parents have unlimited two-way voice calling so that they can talk or direct message with their children at any time. FiLIP is available in select AT&T stores and at www.att.com.
