Holy Redeemer Health System Brings Orthopedics to Feasterville

Holy Redeemer Health System announces the opening of Holy Redeemer Orthopedic Surgery, located at Holy Redeemer Health Care at 23 Bustleton Pike, Suite 300, Feasterville, PA. The practice, run by Kim Clabbers, M.D., expands orthopedic surgery options for patients in Bucks County and surrounding areas.

Dr. Clabbers earned her degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. She was drawn to orthopedics after her aunt signed her up for a subscription to the Mayo Clinic Health Letter. After reading an article about joint replacement, Dr. Clabbers began to explore the specialty.

“I thought, ‘how cool is that?’ Dr. Clabbers said. “I was fascinated by how you can make such a difference in the quality of people’s lives. You can take people who can barely walk and allow them to walk again. Orthopedics is a remarkable specialty that really allows you as a surgeon to improve the patient’s life for the better.”

Her love for orthopedics continued as Dr. Clabbers completed her residency in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Temple University Hospital. She specializes in general orthopedic surgery, orthopedic sports medicine, knee and hip replacements and fracture treatments.

“I’m passionate about patient care,” Dr. Clabbers said. “I want my patients to know they will see the doctor, their questions will be answered and they will be given all of the time they need to feel comfortable and confident.”

The practice is located at Holy Redeemer Healthcare at 23 Bustleton Pike, where the patient experience is a personalized experience. Upon walking into the building, guides greet guests and patients and escort them to their destination. Bone densitometry, blood tests, X-ray and pre-surgical testing are offered right on-site, adding convenience to the patient experience.
