House Fire Under Investigation In Bensalem Twp.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Bensalem Fire Marshal's Office is investigating a house fire on Hulmeville Road Tuesday night.

The Nottingham Fire Department Ladder 65 responded to the report of a house fire at 8:36 p.m. Tuesday on Hulmeville Road at Cornwells Avenue.

Crews arrived to find a fire in the kitchen.

Engine 65 was added as crews from Cornwells Fire Company- Station 16 made an interior attack and quickly extinguished the fire while crews from the ladder assisted with throwing ground ladders and providing a secondary search.

Bensalem FMO is investigating the cause of the fire. There were no reported injuries.

The Newport Fire Company, Eddington Fire Company - Station 28, Union Fire Company - Station 37, and Bensalem EMS were also on the scene.
