Lane Closures For Street Road Sign Inspection Thursday

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —Motorists on heavily traveled Street Road should expect some land closures Thursday as PennDOT performs sign inspections.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that bridge and sign inspections are taking place this week in Bensalem and on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia.

  • Thursday, Feb. 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., alternating moving lane closures are scheduled on westbound Route 132 (Street Road) between the U.S. 1 (Lincoln Highway) Interchange and Richlieu Road in Bensalem Township for sign inspection.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
