Lanes To Close On U.S. 1, I-95 In Bucks Co.

The daytime lane closures will be in Bensalem, Bristol and Falls townships, PennDOT announced.

BENSALEM, PA — Lanes on U.S. 1 and Interstate 95 in Bucks County will be closed during the daytime next week for work in the area, according to PennDOT.

The lane closures will be from Tuesday, Sept. 3, through Friday, Sept. 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Crews will be repairing guide rail in the area, PennDOT said.

  • Northbound and southbound I-95 between the Academy Road and Bristol interchanges in Bensalem and Bristol
  • On the ramp from southbound I-95 to Woodhaven Road in Bensalem
  • Northbound and southbound U.S. 1 between Rt. 213 (Maple Avenue) and Rockhill Drive in Falls and Bensalem

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns are expected to occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
