Bensalem School Gets $5,300 Grant After Teacher Kisses a Pig
David Miller, curriculum leader in the business technology department, kissed a pig at TruMark Financial Credit Union's annual fundraiser.

Students in the Future Business Leaders of America Club at Bensalem High School fundraise throughout the year for different projects. When they were asked to help fundraise so the school would receive a grant for personal finance resources, they didn’t hesitate.
They were even more motivated when they learned David Miller, curriculum leader in the business technology department, had to kiss a pig at TruMark Financial Credit Union’s annual Kiss-A-Pig Financial Literacy Fundraiser held on Sept. 28, at the Abington Art Center, in order to receive the grant.
Participants of the fundraiser secured sponsors and donations for the chance to kiss a pig in support of financial literacy.
