Man Charged In Sexual Assault Of Girl At Bensalem Hotel

Bensalem Police charged a man in the country illegally after he brought a 15-year-old girl to the Knights Inn on Sunday.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — A man who authorities said was in the country illegally has been charged in the sexual assault of an underage girl after meeting her at a store, police said.

Bensalem Police responded at 5:49 a.m. on Sunday to the Knights Inn at 2707 Lincoln Highway for a welfare check.

Police said a 15-year-old Philadelphia girl had met Jurabek Musinov, 30, of Brooklyn, N.Y., the previous day and then went to the hotel with him.

Police said that Musinov met the girl at a Walmart in Philadelphia the previous night. While inside the store, they exchanged Instagram usernames and began communicating through social media.

At 1 a.m., Musinov picked up the girl near her home and took her to the Knights Inn to engage in sexual acts, police said.

While he was in custody, Bensalem police received an immigration detainer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement after it was determined that Musinov was in the United States illegally.

Musinov was charged with Statutory Sexual Assault, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Aggravated Indecent Assault, and Corruption of Minors.

He was arraigned with bail set at 10 percent of $150,000. He was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
