BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —A man has been charged with the human trafficking of two women at a township motel in which he gave them drugs and "set up dates with johns" on a website, police said.

A short time later, Ruoff opened the door and surrendered to the police. When police went into the room, they discovered the two adult women inside, police said.

After interviewing the women, it was discovered that Ruoff was trafficking them by giving them drugs, setting up "dates" on a website, and forcing them to have sex with the "johns."

He told the women that they owed him for the drugs he provided. One woman said Ruoff sexually assaulted her.

Ruoff was transported to the Bensalem Township Police Department where he was charged with human trafficking, sexual assault, and related offenses.

He was arraigned by District Justice Michael Gallagher and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $1 million bail.
