Martial Arts Studio, Middle Eastern Eatery Opening At Bensalem Center
Centre Plaza has leasing commitments for Ryan Wagner's Martial Arts & Fitness and Great Indian Kitchen.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —Centre Plaza will be adding a martial arts studio and a Middle Eastern restaurant in the near future.
Two lease commitments have been signed with Ryan Wagner's Martial Arts & Fitness —which is relocating to Centre Plaza —Middle Eastern restaurant Great Indian Kitchen, according to Levin Management Corporation (LMC), the retail center's leasing and management agent.
LMC said the additions continue the transformation of the 44,000-square-foot Galloway Road retail center.

“Great things are happening at Centre Plaza,” said Fred Younkin, a leasing representative who arranged the deals for the commercial real estate services firm. “In turn, this property is securing its position as a favorite service-oriented neighborhood shopping destination.”
The martial arts studio will occupy 3,400 square feet of space while the restaurant will take up 3,400 at its location.

- Ryan Wagner’s Martial Arts & Fitness teaches students of all ages and skill levels – from beginners to seasoned professionals – the traditional Korean martial arts of Tang Soo Do and Sin Moo Hapkido in a fun and modern way.
“Ryan Wagner’s is a well-established martial arts studio with an outstanding reputation,” Younkin said. “It will bring an added dimension to the retail experience at Centre Plaza and draw students from nine nearby school districts – an advantage for the entire tenant base.”
- Great Indian Kitchen is a new business venture for its owners, who are experienced business operators. The casual Middle Eastern restaurant will provide both dine-in and catering services.
“Great Indian Kitchen is a fantastic fit for this neighborhood,” Younkin said. “The restaurant adds another quality dining option to Centre Plaza – we look forward to its opening.”
Centre Plaza has undergone some steady activity in recent months, Younkin said.
Slim’s Irish Pub recently opened. LMC also secured a 1,700-square-foot lease with Bensalem Nutrition, which will be opening soon. Commitments have also been agreed to with Kathy’s School of Dance and barbershop MichKutz.
The plaza also includes: Penn Community Bank, A&S Bagels, Salon 724, M. Rani Eyebrow Threading & Spa, Team Sports Zone, Tako Japanese Restaurant, El Limon Mexican Taqueria and LabCorp.
LMC has two remaining spaces available in the retail center for 1,100 square feet and 1,700 square feet.
