Men Who Tried To Kill Stepfather In Bensalem On The Loose: Police
Police in Bensalem are trying to find two men who they say stabbed their stepfather Tuesday. They've been charged with attempted homicide.
BENSALEM, PA — Police in Bensalem are seeking two men wanted on charges of attempted homicide in connection with a Tuesday stabbing. According to police, Alberto Alvarado-Rodriguez and Christopher Alvarado, stabbed their stepfather at Berkeley Trace Apartments.
In addition to charges of attempted homicide, Alvarado, 20, of Bensalem, and Alvarado-Rodriguez, 21, of Philadelphia are facing charges of aggravated assault in connection with the alleged attack.
Police advise residents who see them to not approach them, but rather dial 911 immediately.

The stabbing was reported around 8:30 p.m. When police arrived at the complex on Bensalem Boulevard, they found the victim, Luis Calderon, suffering from multiple stab wounds.

Police investigation determined that the two stepsons came to the apartment with a third person, who has not been identified, assaulted and stabbed Calderon before fleeing, authorities said.
