Philly Man Wanted For 3-County Retail Crime Spree
Darryl Foreman, 30, of Philadelphia has 20 outstanding warrants for crimes in Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware counties, authorities said.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Bensalem Township Police Department has issued a warrant for a man wanted in a three-county retail crime spree.
Darryl Foreman, 30, of Hemberger Street in Philadelphia, has been on a crime spree in Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware counties, Bensalem Township Police said.
Police said Foreman has 20 outstanding bench and arrest warrants for his alleged crimes.

Bensalem Police currently have an arrest warrant for a felony retail theft at the TJ Maxx store on Bristol Pike on Dec. 12.
Police said Foreman was one of four suspects who filled four large reusable shopping bags with purses and handbags and then fled from the store without paying for them in a silver Ford Escape bearing PA registration MGY-8727.

Foreman is wanted for retail theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy.
