Police Seek 'Elusive Criminal' Wanted In 5 Bucks Co. Towns

Bensalem Police called Kristopher Schwartz a "one-man crime spree." Two Montgomery County towns also have warrants for him.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Bensalem Township Police Department seeks the public's help in tracking down an "elusive criminal" they say is wanted in eight communities and by two other law enforcement agencies.

Kristopher Joseph Schwartz, 45, has numerous warrants and "needs to be taken off of the street before he commits more crimes," police said.

He has active warrants out of Bensalem Township for robbery, fraud, and theft on charges of theft by deception, receiving stolen property, and bad checks.

Bensalem Police said Schwartz has active warrants in Warrington, Upper Moreland Township, Upper Southampton Township, Lower Makefield Township, Hatboro, Tullytown, and Philadelphia besides being wanted by State Parole and Bucks County Probation.

"Let's get this one-man crime spree off of the street and in prison where he belongs," Bensalem Police said.

Anyone with information about the location of Schwartz should send an anonymous tip or dial 9-1-1 and report his location to the police. Police are urging people not to approach Schwartz.
