Pot Brownies Sold At Bensalem Middle School: Police
A Bensalem High School student admitted selling the brownies to students at a local middle school.

A high school student in Bucks County who sold brownies laced with marijuana to “multiple students” at a local middle school has been arrested, police said Monday.
Bensalem Police said Jacob Francisco, a Bensalem High School student from Penndel, sold the brownies to students at Shafer Middle School in Bensalem.
Francisco admitted to selling five brownies laced with marijuana on Feb. 25. The brownies were resold at Shafer Middle School by a juvenile student, whose identity is not being released.

Bensalem Police say they are still investigating the incident and have identified multiple students who purchased and ingested the marijuana laced brownies.
“The school district is cooperating with police and assisting with the investigation,” police said.

Francisco was charged with possession with intent deliver, corruption of minors and other related offenses.
He was arraigned by District Justice Gallagher and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10 percent of $100,000 bail.
