Radisson Hotel Headed To Auction In Bensalem Township

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast is headed to the auction block.

The 275-room Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast, at 2400 Old Lincoln Highway in the Trevose section of Bensalem Township, will be part of a March 20-22, according to LoopNet, an online marketplace for commercial property.

The hotel is located near the intersection of Old Lincoln Highway and Route 1, not far from the Neshaminy Mall, Parx Casino, Sesame Place, and Benjamin Rush State Park.

According to LoopNet, the 205,011-square-foot property will be among the parcels at the RI Marketplace Online Auction on March 20-22.

Hodges Ward Elliott is offering the property on an exclusive basis, saying investors "can explore a wide array of business plans or alternative uses" as the non-union, six-story hotel is offered unencumbered of brand, debt, and management., according to LoopNet.

The hotel was built in 1974.

HWE said the property's 8 acres allow for future development as well.

Other amenities featured for an investor, HWE said, include it being centrally located, 30 miles from Philadelphia, has a proven cash flow, and is the largest business hotel in Northeast Philadelphia.
