Register Home Cameras With Bensalem Police, Officials Say
"This is a simple way to be a part of the solution for deterring and solving crime," police said in a statement.
BENSALEM, PA - Bensalem officials are urging area residents to register their home security cameras with the Bensalem Township Police Department as part of a larger effort to reduce crime.
Sharing does not mean police will have access to your camera; police will only contact registered users if a crime occurs in their area of residence, police said.
“This is a simple way to be a part of the solution for deterring and solving crime,” Bensalem police said in a statement. “It only takes a couple of minutes to register.”
