"I am so grateful for Mrs. Quinn’s leadership of our school and the witness of her deep faith and joyful spirit that we have enjoyed during her tenure at St. Charles," Forlano said. "I will miss her tremendously. I counted her not only as a wonderful colleague but as a friend."

Details regarding funeral arrangements are yet to be determined but the family has requested that the Mass and viewing be held at St. Charles.

Information will be distributed as soon as it is available.

"I know that I can count on your prayers and support of our shared mission as we make this difficult transition as a school and parish community," Forlano said. "I will be working closely with Sister John and the Office for Catholic Education to continue Mrs. Quinn’s good work and her legacy as we enter into summer and next school year."
