Suspects Swiped Crucifix From Closed Bensalem Shrine: Police
Bensalem Police seek the identity of two men who broke into the former St. Katherine Drexel Shrine on May 11.
BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —Bensalem Police are seeking two men who broke into the former St. Katherine Drexel Shrine and stole a crucifix.
The Bensalem Township Police Department said that in the early afternoon of May 11, the two residents who live near the shrine entered the closed property.
About 45 minutes later, the men emerged from the building carrying a crucifix that was located in the Motherhouse.

They then left the area carrying the crucifix.
Bensalem Police said they need the public's help in identifying the suspects.
