As the countdown begins to Thanksgiving, GIANT Food Stores is introducing Nature’s Promise turkey, fresh and free from antibiotics at a fantastic price of $.99/pound. This fresh turkey is 100% vegetarian fed and raised without antibiotics.
“There’s no tradeoff this Thanksgiving because we are offering our customers a better quality turkey at a low price,” said Erik Keptner, senior vice president of sales, merchandising and marketing, GIANT. “Our Nature’s Promise fresh turkey is a great option for customers who want an antibiotic and hormone free turkey. It’s fresh, so no defrosting is needed which saves on prep time.”
Families can get a jump-start on their Thanksgiving meal planning by pre-ordering their Nature’s Promise fresh turkey now through November 11. Customers who place a pre-order for their Nature’s Promise fresh turkey in-store at the meat counter will also receive a $5 off coupon to use when they pick up and pay for the turkey. Pre-ordering ensures that customers will get the perfect sized turkey for their Thanksgiving meal.

“We are committed to providing our customers with great value this holiday season,” continued Keptner. “In addition to our new Nature’s Promise fresh turkey, customers can also choose from a wide variety of GIANT brand and national brand fresh and frozen turkeys.”
