Three Bensalem Police Officers Promoted
Bensalem Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo also swore in new officer Daniel Orth into the police department Monday.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —Three Bensalem Township police officers have been promoted following a ceremony in township council chambers Monday morning.
Corp. Andrew Zabierowski was promoted to the rank of sergeant and will supervise one of the police department's patrol division squads.
Police Officer Katherine Bailey was promoted to corporal and Officer Dominic Micciolo was also promoted to corporal.

Both will be assigned to patrol squads and be part of the supervision of patrol officers on their respective squads.

DiGirolamo also swore in a new police officer, Daniel Orth, during the ceremony.
Orth joins the force after seven years in the Philadelphia Police Department where his last assignment was in the 26th district.
"Please help us congratulate these officers for their accomplishments and wish them luck in their new roles," the mayor and McVey said.
