Falls Township have arrested a transient man for violating Megan's Law requirements.
Bensalem Police say they received information about a possible phone number for 34-year-old Richard Evans, who authorities say failed to comply with Megan's Law registration requirements.
Authorities contacted him by phone and determined he was in Falls Township. Falls Township Police responded to his location and took Evans into custody. He was charged with Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements of Megan's Law.

Evans is listed as a sexually violent predator for indecent assault charges.
