A truck carrying home heating oil caught on fire on the Pennsylvania Turnpike Saturday morning in Bensalem, according to reports.
The eastbound lanes of the Turnpike near Richlieu Road are closed due to the truck fire, according to 6ABC. Officials say the road will be closed for several hours.
According to NBC10, the truck was carrying 2,700 gallons of oil when it caught on fire around 7:15 a.m. The blaze was placed under control within an hour and no injuries have been reported, NBC10 said.

The driver, who was not hurt, pulled over due to an issue and escaped from the truck before it burst into flames., 6ABC said.
