Police Charge Bensalem Woman Who Delivered Drugs That Killed Man
Alex Aron had a warrant from Warrington Township police in the death of a 23-year-old man. Police said she delivered heroin bags to him.
BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —A 28-year-old Bensalem Township woman out on a warrant for delivering drugs that caused the overdose death of a 23-year-old Warrington man was arrested Tuesday.
The Warrington Township Police Department said it arrested Alex Aron of Bensalem on an outstanding warrant.
On Dec. 14, 2020, Warrington police were dispatched to 208 Grand Boulevard for a well-being check. The complainant reported they had not been able to get in touch with their friend for the past few days, which was out of the ordinary.

When police entered the residence, they found the man deceased. Drug evidence was also located in the immediate area, police said. The man's cause of death was ruled Fentanyl toxicity.
Through an investigation, police said it was determined that Aron had contact with the man in the preceding days and had delivered heroin bags to him. The bags were found in close proximity to his body, police said.

Aron will be charged with drug delivery resulting in death; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; criminal use of a communication facility; involuntary manslaughter; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
