Bethlehem's dining weekend ranges from festival food at SteelStacks to two relatively new restaurant arrivals on the SouthSide and Easton Avenue. There is also a dinner-and-show option Saturday night for diners who want entertainment built into the meal.

CountryFest Brings Barbecue, Bacon And Ice Cream To SteelStacks

ArtsQuest's new CountryFest combines two days of live country music with a notable food component. Guests can find barbecue favorites from Red Cedar Grill, bacon from Bacon on a Stick and ice cream from Batch Micro-Creamery, along with beverages and other festival activities. The event is Friday, Aug. 21, and Saturday, Aug. 22 at ArtsQuest Campus at SteelStacks, Bethlehem.

Check Out Gully Kitchen, A New SouthSide Stop

Gully Kitchen held its grand opening July 25, making it one of Bethlehem's newest restaurant arrivals. Barbecue Boys Brings Slow-Smoked 'Que To South New Street

Dinner And A CCR Tribute At Musikfest Café

Green River, a Creedence Clearwater Revival and John Fogerty tribute show, plays Musikfest Café Saturday night. Doors and dinner start at 6:30 p.m. There's a $10 food-and-beverage minimum for reserved seating, making this one of the weekend's clearest dinner-plus-entertainment options.
