Driver charged with homicide after crashing into pedestrian near Pa. casino (pennlive.com) β€” A pedestrian was killed Monday afternoon in a crosswalk near Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem, and a 24-year-old Allentown man is charged with vehicular homicide and related offenses. Police say he was speeding, using his cellphone, possibly under the influence, and fled before being arrested on the Minsi Trail Bridge. Blood-test results and potential additional charges are still pending.
