• From the classroom to Muscle Shoals: MCCC students make records where music history was made (pottsmerc.com subscription) — Montgomery County Community College students from Blue Bell took their sound recording studies on the road, spending several days cutting original tracks at the legendary FAME and Muscle Shoals Sound studios in Alabama. The residency gave these Blue Bell-based students rare hands-on time with renowned session musicians and engineers, building skills and confidence they'll bring back to MCCC's music technology program.
