LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Two Lower Merion School District teachers were named winners of Citadel Heart of Learning Award Monday.

According to the district, Gladwyne second-grade teacher Elena Carlson and Harriton Latin teacher Veronica Vladimirova-Cambria were both honored during the dinner and ceremony at the Mann Music Center.

The Citadel Heart of Learning Awards recognize, reward and thank outstanding teachers from Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
