β’ Demolition Permit Filed for Historic Bryn Mawr Home Tied to Pioneering Women (montco.today) β A historic Arts and Crafts home at 17 Elliott Avenue in Bryn Mawr now faces imminent demolition after the owner secured a permit, despite its eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places. Lower Merion commissioners are still debating adding it to the township's Historic Resource Inventory, which could block demolition, putting local preservation advocates and neighbors on a tight timeline to influence the outcome.

β’ Suspect in Burglary at Saquon Barkley's Home Arrested (ntd.com) β One of three high-end jewelry burglaries linked to an arrested suspect took place in Bryn Mawr, where more than $100,000 in jewelry was stolen from a home in June. Lower Merion police and county investigators used surveillance, cell-phone geo-fencing, and a rented SUV trail to connect that break-in with another in Wynnewood and an attempted burglary at Saquon Barkley's Malvern house.
