Look how the Garden has grown: The Yoga Garden in Narberth evolves to become a destination for dedicated yoga students.

Nestled into a spacious second floor space, next to the movie theater in downtown Narberth is a special kind of garden. The Yoga Garden has been a Narberth institution since it opened over 15 years ago.

What began as simple one-room yoga studio with a shoebox on the front desk to collect donations, has grown into one of the most vibrant studios on the Main Line. In 2010, when the Yoga Garden changed ownership, it underwent an exciting upgrade that included new teachers, more challenging classes and a complete renovation of the space. There are now two fully equipped practice rooms, impeccably clean bamboo floors, a welcoming massage room and a retail area with everything you need for yoga.

The change happened gradually, but within the space of a year, the Yoga Garden was transformed into a destination for a new generation of yogis. With over 50 classes a week, covering everything from Vigorous Vinyasa, Pilates, Kettlebells and even kids’ classes and meditation, the Yoga Garden has evolved to offer the widest variety of classes around. The range of styles makes it possible for new students to learn as they go, and for more advanced students to take their practice to new levels.
