Woodlynde School bid farewell to 24 seniors at its annual commencement ceremony on June 8 at Penn State Great Valley. With a 100 percent college acceptance rate for those who applied, the class of 2012 recieved a total of 110 college acceptances and $1.6 million in merit-based
scholarships.
The 24 graduates are Charles Bromberg, John Chagares, Kaitlyn Ciccone, Jessica DelOrefice, Sarah Engman, Charles Etherington, Austin Fair, Catherine Gallagher, Charles Harrison, Molly Hicks, Kevin Kelly, Conor Kennedy, Steven Lessin, Ryan Lishon, Arthur Martella, Peter Mayer,
Dominique Mortelliti, Caroline Mosher, Jaquelyn O'Dowd, Sara Reimann, Marisa Rittmaster, Catherine Schmitz, Jesse Sterge, and Katherine Udvarhelyi.
Woodlynde announced several awards at the ceremony,
including the Head of School award given to Jessica DelOrefice; the Woodlynde School Award given to Catherine Schmitz; the Woodlynde School Faculty
Award given to Caroline Mosher; and the Distinguished Service Award given to Woodlynde teacher Andrew Burke.

Graduates plan to attend a variety of colleges and
universities in the fall, including Temple University, Marist College, Rosemont College, Saint Joseph's Univeristy, and Emerson College.
