Suburban West Realtors® Association, in conjunction with TREND Multiple Listing Service, has just released August, 2013 market statistics for single family homes. In general, Chester County prices are up 15.5% over the first 8 months of 2012; Delaware County prices are up 10.3% over the first 8 months of 2012; and Montgomery County prices are up 14.7% over the first 8 months of 2012.
