Beginners Runner Group
The Bryn Mawr Running Company's goal is to be a resource & to inspire and support you during your fitness journey. Don't wait!
Our beginner’s running group will run for 7 weeks & work it’s way up to a 5K goal.
Starting September 9th, the group will meet every Tuesday and Thursday @ 9:15 AM on the Radnor Trail (West Wayne Ave parking lot).
You will be provided with the following:
- *Training plan
- *Gait analysis & footwear recommendation
- *15% store discount
- *Email access to coaching & advice
- *Supported runs with refreshments
- *Guest speakers and runners
- *BMRC t-shirt
- *Free registration to the Amazing Race 5k
- (Oct 25th in downtown Wayne)
- *Only $70 (payable online or in store)
