Property sales in Bryn Mawr during the first quarter of 2015 increased 31.8 percent from previous year.

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 29 properties that closed in Q1, compared with 22 from the year before. In 2013 that number was 39.

The median price of the properties that sold in Q1 decreased 47.4 percent over the same period in 2014, from $856,250 to $450,000. In 2013, the median price was $325,000. The average days on the market decreased by 29.2 percent from 72 to 51 days between 2014 and 2015.
