BHHS Fox and Roach HomExpert Report for November Property Sales in the Bryn Mawr

Property sales in Bryn Mawr during November of 2014 increased 50 percent from the same month the previous year.

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 24 properties that closed in November, compared with 16 from the year before. In November of 2012 that number was 19.

The median price of the properties that did sell in November of 2014 increased 17.5 percent over the same period in 2013, from $530,000 to $622,500. In November 2012, the median price was $570,000. The average days on the market decreased by 4.2 percent from 71 to 68 days between November 2013 and November 2014.
