BHHS Fox and Roach HomExpert Report for October Property Sales in the Bryn Mawr

Property sales in Bryn Mawr during October of 2014 decreased 25 percent from the same month the previous year.

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 15 properties that closed in October, compared with 20 from the year before. In October of 2012 that number was 13.

The median price of the properties that did sell in October of 2014 increased 26.5 percent over the same period in 2013, from $407,110 to $515,000. In October 2012, the median price was $405,000.
The average days on the market decreased by 48.6 percent from 72 to 37 days between October 2013 and October 2014.
