Bryn Mawr, Gladwyne Health Inspections: Ms Marty's, Lovecchio

BRYN MAWR-GLADWYNE, PA – The Montgomery County and Radnor Township health departments inspected 16 Bryn Mawr- and Gladwyne-area establishments in January and found most to be in violation of at least one health code.

Lovecchio Pizza in Bryn Mawr had the most violations in January with 24 total in its Jan. 24 inspection.

Those violations include rodent dropping found on aprons, boxes of food storage items, pizza boxes, and other areas; no gloves found in the facility during the inspection; an old, decaying bird was not removed from the facility; food residue on various pieces of cooking equipment; and more.

Lovecchio was inspected a second time on Jan. 26 and was found to be in violation of 17 health codes after the first inspection.

• St. Aloysius Academy – Inspected Jan. 19, one violation
• Tiffin Indian Cuisine – inspected Jan. 22, 12 violations
• Lovecchio Pizza – Inspected Jan. 24, 24 violations; inspected Jan. 26, 17 violations
• CVS Pharmacy #6902 – inspected Jan. 26, three violations
• Mrs. Marty's Deli – inspected Jan. 26, 19 violations
• Rite Aid #11101 – inspected Jan. 29, one violation
• Country Day School of the Sacred Heart – Inspected Jan. 29, two violations
