Bryn Mawr's Yangming Hosting Alex's Lemonade Stand Benefit With Philly Author
Enjoy cocktails and appetizers while Elizabeth LaBan discusses her newest book

Bryn Mawr's Yangming restaurant will host Philadelphia Author Elizabeth LaBan at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19 to benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
Laban will discuss her newest novel, The Restaurant Critic's Wife, which is about living with a "fact-crazed, anonymity-obsessed restaurant critic." LaBan is married to Philadelphia Inquirer restaurant critic Craig LaBan. PEOPLE magazine called LaBan's book as “thoroughly entertaining” and listed it on their Great New Fiction list.
The event is sponsored by Albertson Cooking School and will features cocktails appetizers.

Reservations are required and tickets cost $50, which includes donated drinks and food from Yangming. Proceeds benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
"I am honored to have Elizabeth LaBan here at Yangming," Yangming owner Michael Wei said. "We expect a large turnout for this very special evening. I can't be more proud of partnering with Albertson Cooking School for this remarkable charity event."
