Charges Could Be Expunged For Main Line Super Bowl Car Flipper

The 20-year-old Main Line man caught on camera flipping a vehicle in Philadelphia following the Eagles Super Bowl win. won't be seeing jail time, or any real punishment for that matter, according to court documents.
Arrested on Feb. 6 and released on $2,500 bail on Feb. 7, John Rigsby, 20, of Malvern was accepted into a accelerated rehabilitation disposition program, according to court records.
The program will allow Rigsby to have his charges – which include rioting, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, and conspiracy – be expunged from his record should he complete the year-long program without getting into further trouble with the law.

Additionally, Rigsby's monthly probation fees of $300 have been waived, court records show.
The 20-year-old is the son of Villanova basketball radio announcer Robert Rigsby, who posted his son's bail, and is represented by high-profile attorney Frank Desimone.

Risgby was one of seven people caught on video flipping a 2017 Nissan Rogue SUV located on 1400 block of Walnut Street at about 11:30 p.m. during the Super Bowl win celebrations that took to the streets Sunday night.
Those seven people lined up along the vehicle's passenger side then flipped it onto its driver's side door, causing dents and scratched to the vehicle, Philadelphia Police said.
