Check Stolen, Doctored And Cashed, Radnor Police Say
The check was stolen from either the Berwyn post office or the Bryn Mawr post office before it was altered, then cashed fraudulently.
BRYN MAWR, PA — Radnor Township Police said a check was stolen, altered, then fraudulently cashed last month.
According to police, a resident of the 1000 block of Conestoga Road in Bryn Mawr had a check he wrote on Dec. 2 stolen.
Police said the check was stolen either from the Berwyn post office or the Bryn Mawr post office.

After it was taken, the check was altered and then fraudulently cashed in Philadelphia.
Police said they are investigating possible suspects related to the incident.
