The Rosehill School was a fourth generation family owned and operated year round private boarding school since 1927. There are 3 buildings: The Main House, The School/Boarding House and the Garage. All 3 buildings will be open and packed with sale items. Everything is for sale including auto parts/architecture of the buildings themselves. There are no working bathrooms.
