Don't Miss Thursday's Blood Drive In Bryn Mawr
You can give blood from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday in Rosemont.

In case you missed it, the American Red Cross is offering many blood drives throughout April as part of National Volunteer Month. A drive is being held in Bryn Mawr Thursday, April 13 so clear your calendar.
The drive will be held from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 13, at Rosemont Plaza, 1062 Lancaster Ave., Bryn Mawr
"I think it’s one of the most rewarding things you can do, knowing that such a simple act can have such a positive impact on another human being in a time of need," Bill Parr, who has been donating blood for more than three decades, said of donating.

According to the Red Cross, nearly 2.8 million people donated blood through the Red Cross last year.
Volunteer donors are the only source of blood products for those in need of transfusions. Donors of all blood types are needed this spring, the Red Cross said.
