Afternoon Kettlebell and Core Class

We offer 2 classes in one! We have taken a 30 min. Kettlebell Class and a 30min. Core Conditioning class and combined them both into one amazing class! We offer our clients an intense heart pounding, muscle building, fat burning Kettlebell and Core conditioning class (No big power moves here) designed to tone you up, break you out of your boring routine and get you results. Our class is unique because we work with medium to light Kettlebells concentrating on form, technique and repetition to help you achieve the fitness goals you have come to us to achieve!
