Foundation Flow- Beginners Yoga

This class introduces students new to yoga the foundation of the practice. Students learn the fundamentals of movement, alignment, posture, breathe and deep relaxation. Students will enjoy a calming, and  centering, and nurturing class.

10 min of deep relaxation (with reiki upon request)
