
This class introduces students new to yoga the foundation of the practice. Students learn the fundamentals of movement, alignment, posture, breathe and deep relaxation. Students will enjoy a calming, and centering, and nurturing class.

Empty stomach for 60 -90 min prior to class
Arrive 10-15 min. early for First Time students to relax and complete paperwork
