Welsh Valley Middle School presents the inaugural middle school basketball tournament benefitting Miracle in Motion on Saturday, February 11th in the Kobe Bryant Gymnasium at Lower Merion High School.
The girls division games will take place from 8:00 AM -12:00 PM featuring teams from Welsh Valley, Bala Cynwyd, Springfield Montco, Valley Forge and Haverford. Boys’ division games will run from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM and will include Welsh Valley, Bala Cynwyd, Springfield Montco, Beverly Hills, Upper Merion and Valley Forge.
Admission is free and there will be raffles, a snack bar and donation tables to help raise money for Miracle in Motion, a non-profit established to promote awareness, prevention, treatment and hope for the thousands of children who suffer from brain injury during birth or as a newborn.
