Kid's Matinee: Looney Tunes Shorts

March 3rd - Looney Tunes Shorts: "What's Opera Doc?", "Knighty Knight Bugs", and Four More! 

Looney Tunes’ biggest star, Bugs Bunny, steals the show in this collection of cartoon classics. Featuring “Knighty Knight Bugs,” the only Bugs Bunny cartoon to win an Academy Award, this collection fully captures the hilarious hare’s nonchalant persona. Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd also make comical cameos in these Warner Bros. shorts.

The swashbuckling Tasmanian Devil makes his debut Loony Tunes appearance in “Devil May Hare”, and Wile E. Coyote first attempts to make lunch out of Bugs Bunny in “Operation: Rabbit”. Watch Bugs coolly elude the grasps of his amusingly hopeless hunters in this collection of shorts.

Winning the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film, “For Scent-I-mental Reasons” features Pepe LePew, the hopelessly romantic skunk, as he chases the ravishing Penelope Pussycat. This collection also features the antics of the Foghorn Leghorn, who hilariously banters in a Southern drawl, and the young Henery Hawk.

March 24th - Looney Tunes Shorts - "One Froggy Evening" and Five More!

See Michigan J. Frog’s iconic rendition of “Hello! Ma Baby” as the funny amphibian struts about in a top hat in “One Froggy Evening”. This collection also features some of Looney Tunes’ classic rivalries. Yosemite Sam faces off against Bugs Bunny in “Ballot Box Bunny”, while Wile E. Coyote chases the Road Runner around in “Fast and Furry-ous”.

March 31st - Looney Tunes Shorts: "Who Scent You" and Five More!

Pepe LePew steals the show in this collection, starring in four of the six cartoon shorts. Bugs Bunny is brought to the end of his wits as he tries to helps a lost penguin find his way back to the South Pole in “8 Ball Bunny”.
