Open to students of all levels of experience.
The Perfect Lunch Break! A one hour invigorating and centering class incorporating poses, deep relaxation, breathing practices, meditation and chanting. Based on the spiritual practice that exercising the physical body and learning to completely relax it allows us to access our higher consciousness. The class continues with breathing to calm, clear and focus the mind, release toxins from the body enabling us to concentrate better during meditation.
