Stretch Your Limits: Fitness for Adults 55+

The Stretch Your Limits Exercise Program for adults over age 55 includes a light aerobic warm-up, resistance training with dumbbells and elastic tubing, and stretching with chair Tai chi and modified yoga.

Classes are held in the Bryn Mawr Hospital Clothier Building on Thursdays from noon to 1PM. Participants are asked to bring two 5lb dumbbells, but resistance tubes are available for purchase. The fee is $5.00 per class and $7.00 to purchase resistance tubes.
