Yoga For Teens

Though teens can benefit from practicing yoga in regular adult classes, teen-specific classes allow exploration of the physical, emotional and spiritual practice of yoga in an open environment that encourages group discussion.  Teen yogis will develop mind/body strength and flexibility through yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation.  Specific emphasis will be placed on tools for stress management and developing a positive body image.

Sessions are on-going, but classes are purchased in 4 week blocks.

Ages 13 - 18

Bring a Yoga Mat (if possible)

Water

Only Very light eating 60 min. Prior to class

Arrive 10-15 min. early for first time paperwork

Parents Permission Slip for Teens under 18.
