
Though teens can benefit from practicing yoga in regular adult classes, teen-specific classes allow exploration of the physical, emotional and spiritual practice of yoga in an open environment that encourages group discussion. Teen yogis will develop mind/body strength and flexibility through yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. Specific emphasis will be placed on tools for stress management and developing a positive body image.
Sessions are on-going, but classes are purchased in 4 week blocks.
