Thank you to all our families and community for your support and patience as our District processes the tragic news concerning Lower Merion High School principal, Mr. Sean Hughes. While many of K-6 families may not have encountered Mr. Hughes yet in their children's educational careers, please know that staff at all levels of our District considered him a friend, mentor and exemplary leader.

LMSD needed to postpone the 5-11 COVID-19 vaccine clinic because the Lower Merion High School campus aides, custodians, instructional aides and other support staff are needed to staff the clinic. Those staff members also need time to process the loss of a coworker and leader whom many have known and worked with for more than a decade. Thank you for understanding as the District gives them time Monday to do that.
The clinic will be rescheduled for Monday, November 22, 2021, at the same time (3:00-7:00 p.m.) and same location (Lower Merion High School cafeteria). Second shots will now be given at a clinic on December 13, 2021 (same time/location). Eric's Rx Shoppe will automatically transfer all appointments to the new dates at the same times. If that doesn't work for your child, please email covidvaccine@ericsrx.com and they will do their best to accommodate you.

If your child cannot attend the new clinics at all, Eric's Rx Shoppe will be offering pediatric COVID-19 vaccines at their pharmacy in Horsham, Pa., on Monday, Nov. 15, 2021. More information is available here.
In addition, Montgomery County is offering pediatric COVID-19 vaccinations. Information on the county vaccines is available here.
LMSD apologizes for any inconvenience caused by our need to reschedule the clinic.
