Got a plan you can't refuse

Still digging into the Choking of Manayunk Community Parking.

City Planning Commission meeting of March 18th 2014 recommended that Docket #140133 be approved. Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to convey the property ultimately to the investors. Did I mentioned the City Planning Commission choking. 155 Gay Street recently conveyed to building investors was a parking lot holding 20 vehicles. 200 feet away is the Public Property 147 Gay Street Lot the Planning Commission  recommends conveying to investors by approving Docket #140133. 147 Gay Street(Public Property)parking lot holds 31 vehicles. If somehow the 147 Gay Street is lost that would be 51 parking spots within 200 feet lost to the community in a matter of a few months. Gay Street has a capacity of 30 vehicles on one side parking. Levering is about 60 from Silverwood to Crescent streets. Must have done some real Brain storming down at the Philadelphia Planning Commision to figure out how best to choke the already congested Manayunk Parking Problem. Where is Mr. Heimlich when you need him. How about a Parking Summit? Please.
