According to the Friday, June 20th issue of Daily Real Estate News, six housing markets have surged to an all time high since the crisis of 2008. Delaware County has had the second highest increase in the nation. Home price percent change compared to 2007-2008 is up 54.9%, and the average price is $295,000.
